Welcome to Church Farm
Kathleen and Ian Needham invite you to stay at their home in Lincolnshire.
| Church Farm is a large, traditional, nineteenth-century farmhouse which enjoys a secluded position in an acre of pretty gardens.
The house has just been completely refurbished and redecorated to a high standard. It offers excellent bed and breakfast accommodation with three guest bedrooms. |

The twin room has an en suite bathroom, the double and single rooms share use of a private bathroom.
The guest sitting room is comfortably furnished with plush sofas, chairs, an open fire, TV and offers an ideal atmosphere for relaxation. Breakfast is taken in the private dining room. The menu includes cereals, porridge, award-winning sausages, locally produced bacon and free range eggs cooked to your liking. To view the Breakfast Menu, click here. Special dietary needs can be catered for if advance notice is given. Guests will be greeted with complimentary afternoon tea and home-made cake if they arrive before 6pm. Packed lunches can be provided if requested. Alcohol is not provided but guests are welcome to bring their own. |

We regret that we are unable to accommodate dogs, or children under the age of 5.
There are private parking spaces within the grounds of the house.
For the comfort and safety of our guests, we operate a no-smoking policy in the house. The accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair access.
